Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING for the following orders (contiguous US only):

    •    Orders of $50 or more…ANY filters, ANY size!

Getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.  Our goal is to ship all orders (i.e. leave our facility) within 24 hours of order placement. All orders are shipped via UPS .  Orders outside the continental US (AK and HI) will be shipped via US postal service and is not eligible for free shipping.  At this time we do not ship to international destinations.  To change ship-to information on an order that you have just placed, please email or call us before the items ship or you will be responsible for returning the product back to us.  Note: it takes approximately one to two business days after your order has shipped for your tracking info to be uploaded into this system, if you did not find the tracking info you desired then check back a day or two later for it.

Shipping Errors

Allergy Filter Depot does not take responsibility for any lost packages that are sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error. We ship using information provided by the customer.

If you enter your address incorrectly on the website, please CALL or EMAIL our customer service number as soon as possible.  We also send an order confirmation shortly after you place the order.  Please verify the ship-to address, and contact us immediately if there are any changes.  We will make every attempt to change it, if the order has NOT shipped.  If it has shipped and can be re-routed to the correct address, you will be charged any additional fees incurred.
Orders that have shipped are the responsibility of the customer to return for credit.
If you contact us by phone after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any modification to your shipment. If your order is lost or delivered to the incorrect address, we again are not responsible.
