I replace my 3m filters every few months.

One of the things I do to help my allergies is replace my 3m filters often. For my furnace filter and air conditioner filter I will only use 3m filters. I do not think many people realize how dirty your furnace filter and air conditioner filter gets and how quickly. I have done research and have found that 3m filters are best for allergy sufferers. So I only purchase 3m filters. Believe it or not I can tell when the furnace and air conditioner filter has been changed just by breathing the air in my house. I can also tell when I am at a friend’s house if they need to change the air conditioner or furnace filter after being there for just a few minutes.
