FAQ

Shipping:  We ship via  UPS ground  which delivers to the 48 contiguous states in 5 to 7 business days. Packages to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via U.S. Postal service and take 9 to 12 business days .  For those of you who enter a P.O. Box we ship via U.S. Postal service.  At this time we do not ship to international destinations.

Filtrete Info:  We get a lot of questions about Filtrete filters.  We are able to answer the basic questions but for the real specific questions we always forward you to the Filtrete web site, click here to go there.

Damages and Returns:  If you have a problem with your order such as a wrong size or damage, please Email us so we can arrange return of the merchandise. We will then exchange or replace those items.  Remember any filters opened can not be returned.
